Individual Skill Training and Development
_Our individual sessions are for players who want individual and uninterrupted attention to maximize skill development. These workouts are designed to not only increase a player's execution of fundamentals, but to also to do in the pressure of a game speed environment. We will assist our athletes to blow through their comfort zones and make mistakes as a part of the learning and developmental process. These sessions are the most intense workouts we offer.
