                      Group Skill Training and Development

                      __Small group training allows players to work on their skill development in an environment where they are not only pushing themselves to improve as individuals, but also with and against their peers.  These training sessions will maintain the thoughts and concepts as the individual training workouts while also allowing for situational competition and workout variations. Small group workouts typically consist of 2-6 players.
